There were not a lot of surprises in the ACC during Week 8 of the college football season. Clemson and Miami continued their winning ways, with the Tigers scoring 48 points to defeat Virginia while Miami needed nearly every single one of its 52 points to defeat Louisville on the road.

But on a review, the call was reversed. Referees said that Ward was making a forward pass, and the ball touched the turf before Louisville scooped it up. So, Miami retained possession and went on to score again to pad their lead. After review this was called an incomplete pass.
