Kellyanne Conway was one of the four Trump administration officials who stayed at the hotel. On January 18, 2017, ahead of Trump’s inauguration, Conway booked a room, racking up more than $17,000 in charges, the report says.

Trump’s D.C. hotel charged the Secret Service above-normal government rates — and sometimes charged the agency more than it did other patrons, House Democrats found.

The independent panel, which looked at the July attack on the former president, said the agency should replace its leadership with outsiders and focus more closely on its protective mission.
