Bigsby was nominated for the honor alongside Atlanta quarterback Kirk Cousins and wide receiver Drake London, Cincinnati quarterback Joe Burrow and wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, and Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Tank Bigsby has earned his flowers. Following a 129 total yard and two touchdown afternoon to help propel the Jacksonville Jaguars to their first win of the year, the second-year running back is up for Player of the Week.

Bigsby went over 100 rushing yards in the game on a 5-yard run on Jacksonville’s final possession, when the Jaguars moved 39 yards in seven snaps for a 49-yard field goal by Cam Little with 17 seconds to play that broke a 34-34 tie.
