Alec Baldwin showed up again on the latest episode of “Saturday Night Live,” but not in his previous capacity impersonating former US President Donald Trump.

The former “30 Rock” star appeared in the cold open of “SNL” as Fox News anchor Bret Baier, spoofing his recent interview with Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris (played by Maya Rudolph). “Good evening, I’m Bret Baier,” Baldwin said. “And to clear the air, yes, I do look like someone made a businessman in ‘Minecraft.’”

Off after tonight for a couple of weeks, SNL will undoubtedly have just as rich pickings out of this close and crazy race when it returns November 2. Former SNL writer John Mulaney will be back for his sixth time as host, with chart topper and sometimes politically refreshing wildcard Chappell Roan as musical guest.
