PHOENIX (KVOA) — Attorney General Kris Mayes issued a statement today following the guilty plea of Peggy Judd. Judd admitted to failing to canvass the election as required by law and pleaded guilty to Failure or Refusal to Perform Duty by an Election Officer, a Class 3 misdemeanor.
